WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most B.I.A Supply Co. products are made to order.
Production happens first, then shipping.
Estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout where available. Timeframes can vary depending on the product, destination and time of year.
If something goes properly sideways, get in touch and we’ll work out what happened.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Technically, yes.
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
More regions will be added as interest grows and we work out where the bad ideas are travelling next.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, the bad ideas haven’t made it there yet.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET?
Check THE FIT before ordering.
Most pieces are intentionally oversized, but fit can vary between garments. Check the measurements and fit notes on the individual product as well.
If in doubt, trust the measurements over blind optimism.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
No. Check twice. Checkout once.
Most products are made to order and production can begin immediately, so we do not accept customer-requested changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This does not affect your rights if there is a problem with the item or if we are unable to fulfil your order.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Not if the item is non-faulty and you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or decided it wasn’t for you.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, wrong-size returns or direct exchanges.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, materially different from its description or not what you ordered, get in touch and we’ll handle it properly.
If we sent you the wrong thing, that’s our problem. We’ll own it.

WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
Your item is produced after you order it rather than sitting in a warehouse gathering dust.
It keeps unnecessary stock down and lets B.I.A put more ideas into the world without pretending we own a small industrial empire.
WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS COME BACK?
Maybe.
Some products will be restocked.
Some may return in a different colour or form.
Some will be retired completely.
If it’s moved to THE ARCHIVE, that version is done.
WHAT IS THE ARCHIVE?
THE ARCHIVE is where retired products live after they leave the active range.
They stay visible for the record.
Not because they’re secretly coming back next Tuesday.
HOW SHOULD I WASH B.I.A GARMENTS?
Follow KEEP IT ALIVE.
In general, wash cold, turn printed garments inside out and avoid harsh drying. Always follow the care instructions supplied with the individual product.
Basically, don’t treat it like a workshop rag.
WHERE ARE B.I.A PRODUCTS DESIGNED?
B.I.A Supply Co. artwork and product direction are developed in Australia.
Garment blanks are sourced internationally and sourcing details are listed on individual product pages.
