We do not accept returns for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or personal preference.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted if an item:

Is faulty or defective
Is incorrect
Is significantly different from its description

These rights are protected under Australian Consumer Law.

Timeframe

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition

Returned items must be:

Unworn (beyond reasonable try-on)
Unwashed
Unaltered
In original condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse may be refused.

Limited-Run Items

Many of our products are produced in limited runs. Once sold out, replacements may not be available. Eligible items may be refunded where required by law.
