This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from B.I.A Supply Co. via biasupply.co.

 

 

 

 

1. Change of Mind

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour preference
  • Personal taste or expectation
  • Ordered by mistake

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Is not of acceptable quality

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy as required by law.

 

 

3. Batch and Irregulars — Final Run Items

 

Items released as part of a Batch or within the Irregulars category are produced in limited, finite runs.

Once sold out, these items:

  • Will not be restocked
  • Are not eligible for replacement due to size availability
  • May be eligible only for refund if deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law

Final-run status does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

 

4. Wear, Testing, and Misuse Exclusions

 

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of:

  • Being worn beyond reasonable try-on
  • Washing, drying, or alteration
  • Heat damage (including tumble drying or ironing over prints)
  • Improper care contrary to provided instructions
  • General wear and tear

Items returned with wear or misuse may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

 

 

5. Returns Process

 

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included where possible
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 

6. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

 

7. Shipping Costs

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
